Jean Tang is the 1995 President of the ACPA. She is currently severing as an advisor to the Executive Committee of the ACPA. During her presidency, she organized the First ACPA National Conference in N.Y.

She earned her B.S. Degree from Philadelphia College of Pharmacy & Science and her M.S. Degree from Long Island University, New York. Jean joined the Pharmacy Department at New York University Medical Center, New York, in 1969. She is currently Associate Director of Pharmacy.

Jean is active in professional organizations. She is a member of ASHP, APHA, NY State Council of Health-system Pharmacists. She is 1997-1998 President of the New York City Society of Health-system Pharmacists. Previously she has served as member of Board of Directors, Director at Large, and Corresponding Secretary of the NYCSHP.
