Vice President for Fund Raising and International Affair (US) - Haoran Wang, Ph.D.
Dr. Wang Haoran graduated from Shenyang Pharmaceutical University with a bachelor's degree in pharmacy in 2003 and received his Ph.D. from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in 2009. He received postdoctoral training at the High-Throughput Drug Screening Center at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. In 2012, he joined Novartis as Lab head of the Ion Channel Laboratory. He founded Journal of Data in Brief in Elsevier in 2014 and has been editor-in-chief ever since. Dr. Wang later joined the Harvard/MIT Broad Institute in 2017. In 2018, Dr. Wang Haoran founded Newland Biotechnology Co., Ltd. to develop anti-tumor and anti-infector drugs using exosome platform technology.
