Vice President for Fund Raising - Jing Niu, MD, MS
Dr. Jing Niu is a clinical pharmacologiest & pharmacometrician in Gilead Sciences for its virology pipeline since 2023. She recieved her M.D. and M.S. in Wuhan Univeristy School of Medicine and Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine in China. After finishing her residency in Anesthesiology and Critical Care in Renji Hospital in Shanghai, China in 2012, she worked at the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center (2012-2014), and later at University of Maryland (2014-2016) as a research fellow. She has served as a clinical pharmacology & pharmacometrics reviewer in US FDA for five years (2016-2021) and participated in the regulatory decisions of IND, NDA and BLA submissions for multiple therapeutic areas including rheumatology, pulmonary, metabolic-endocrinology and COVID-19. She used to be the clinical pharmacology lead at Innovent Biologics US in 2022 before joining Gilead.
