Vice President for Education - Zhu Zhou, Ph.D.
Dr. Zhu Zhou, PhD, is currently tenure-track Assistant Professor and member of doctoral faculty at City University of New York (CUNY). Prior to CUNY, Dr. Zhou was an Assistant Clinical Professor at University of the Pacific, a research scientist at University of Washington and a visiting scholar at FDA. Her research is focused on drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics-based food-, herb and drug-drug Interactions. Dr. Zhou has received recognition and awards in University of the Pacific and CUNY for her excellence in teaching, research and service. She has authored over 30 peer-reviewed publications and abstracts, and has presented her research in over 20 conferences and webinars. She co-chairs of various webinars and conferences, including at Society for Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics (ASCPT), American College of Clinical Pharmacology (ACCP) and International Conference on Drug-Drug Interactions Annual meetings. She serves on steering committee for both the Regulatory Science Community and Early Career Community (ECC) of ASCPT, and lead for ECC Webinar Steering Committee. She also serves as a peer reviewer for many scientific journals, book chapters, meeting proposal and abstracts, including Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics; The Journal of Clinical Pharmacology, ASCPT and American Conference on Pharmacometrics.
